GRIEF, BEREAVEMENT & END-OF-LIFE DOULA
Serving Alkimos and Perth's Northern Suburbs
Gentle, holistic doula companioning for grief, bereavement, and the end‑of‑life journey — offered in the comfort of your home.

However you arrived here, you are here for a reason — and I’m truly glad you found me.
I walk beside individuals and families through grief in all its forms — the grief that follows a death, the grief that rises long before loss, and the quiet grief that lives in moments of uncertainty and change. You deserve a calm, grounded space to breathe, reflect, and be gently held in whatever you are carrying.
My work is holistically aligned, rooted in presence, tenderness, and respect. I prefer to walk with people in their own homes or familiar environments, outside the clinical noise of hospitals, where there is room for softness, spaciousness, and genuine connection.
For those preparing ahead, moving through decline, or nearing the end of life, I also offer steady, heart‑led end‑of‑life doula care. Whether you are navigating a new diagnosis, caring for someone you love, or exploring your wishes long before they are needed, you will find a soft place to land here.
Your wishes matter. Your voice matters. Your story matters.
I will walk beside you and your family as you navigate emotional needs, practical decisions, and the tender realities of this chapter — whether that chapter is unfolding now or still ahead of you. My role is to ensure you feel respected, understood, and held in ways that align with your values.
When words become hard to find, I can help you express your end‑of‑life wishes, after‑death preferences, and the legacy you hope to leave. You do not walk this path alone.
If you feel called to reach out, I am here.

FAQS
WHAT DOES A DOULA OFFER AT HEART N SOUL?
As a grief, bereavement, and end‑of‑life doula, I offer holistic, non‑medical care for individuals and families experiencing loss, change, or the final stages of life. My work includes emotional and spiritual guidance, grounded presence, gentle conversations, and practical support that honours your wishes, values, and story — whether you are grieving, anticipating loss, or nearing end of life.
WHO NEEDS ONE?
You may choose to work with a doula at any stage of grief, loss, or end‑of‑life planning. Some people reach out after a death, during bereavement, or while living with anticipatory grief. Others connect earlier in life — much like preparing a Will — to explore their wishes, create an Advance Care Directive, or gently consider their end‑of‑life preferences long before they are needed.
Holistically aligned care is available for individuals and families who prefer to be supported in their own homes or familiar environments, outside the clinical setting of hospitals. This allows space for softness, presence, and deeper connection.
I also walk beside carers, friends, and family members who may be feeling overwhelmed, unsure, or in need of grounded guidance as they navigate their role and the emotional landscape surrounding illness, decline, loss or grief.
HOW DOES IT WORK
You’re welcome to reach out whenever you feel ready. We’ll have a gentle, pressure‑free chat about what’s happening for you or your loved one, and together we’ll explore the kind of support that would feel most nourishing and helpful.
WHAT IS MY POINT OF DIFFERENCE?
I bring a deeply holistic, intuitive approach to end‑of‑life care. With a background in Reiki and spiritual wellbeing, I offer companionship that is calm, grounded, and attuned to the emotional and energetic needs of each person. I advocate for those who wish to remain at home and honour their personal, holistic, and spiritual wishes as they move through their dying journey.
ARE YOU A NURSE?
I’m not a nurse or medical professional. My role as an End of Life and Greif Doula is to offer non‑medical support — companionship, emotional grounding, spiritual care, and guidance for families. While some doulas have nursing experience, it isn’t a prerequisite and it’s not the type of care I provide.
ARE YOU AFFILIATED WITH ANY OTHER COMPANIES
No. I work independently. I am not affiliated with any funeral homes, medical suppliers, or brands. Any products or services I recommend are shared purely because I believe they may support you, and I do not receive any financial benefit for doing so.
HOW MY PRICING WORKS?
I offer flexible blocks of support time that can be purchased to suit your needs. This allows you to choose the level of care that feels right for your situation, with the option to add more time if and when you need it.
I also hold a small number of reduced‑cost spaces for individuals or families experiencing genuine financial hardship, so that care is never out of reach.
WHAT AREA ARE YOU IN?
I’m located in Alkimos, in Perth’s northern suburbs, and I offer support to families throughout the surrounding areas. I can also provide guidance and companionship over the phone, and if you’re outside my area, I’m always happy to help connect you with a doula closer to home.
